Delivery Policy:

We use Australia Post to deliver all our products to locations within Australia. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, provided payment has been received in full. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post delivery schedules, but we aim to deliver your purchase within 5-7 business days.

For digital products, you will receive an email with a download link within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Please note that we do not ship items overseas, and we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and your location within Australia. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.

Returns Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at hello@styleboxid.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return policy requirements. If the item(s) are in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) to us for a replacement or refund.
